Return Policy

NextLevel Fit values its consumers and strives to exceed their expectations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, NextLevel Fit will allow a return of the products for a refund of the purchase price, as long as the return is made within 30 days of delivery with acceptable proof of direct purchase and the product is returned in its original state.

All returns for defects and refunds made after the 30-day return period must be made in line with the provisions of NextLevel Fit's Limited Warranty.

For any indirect operations, such as (1) purchases not made directly from NextLevel Fit.com (the "Site") or (2) purchases made from our authorized resellers, such as Amazon, please refer to the reseller's return policy or contact them directly. We do not accept returns on indirect purchases.

If you received a wrong product or amount of items, please contact NextLevel Fit Support. In the event that your order is lost in transit, an alternative will be sent once validated. Refunds will not be granted.

All returns must be authorized by NextLevel Fit within 30 days of delivery and include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. No returns of any kind will be accepted without an RMA number. You can acquire an RMA number and a prepaid shipping label for your return by contacting NextLevel Fit Support within the product return period. The RMA number is valid for 15 days after issuing, and all returns must be shipped within 15 days of receiving the RMA number. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number or after the RMA number has expired will be denied and returned at your expense.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Labeling

Following confirmation of your return, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and an RMA slip. Please print both documents and secure them to the outside of the box. The barcode on the RMA slip should be visible.

If you select a different shipment method and/or carrier than the one given by NextLevel Fit, you are liable for all shipping, handling, and processing fees associated with returned NextLevel Fit units.

  1. Return Packaging

All authorized returns must be in the original packaging and include anything else that came with the item. The product must be completely wrapped using its original packaging. You must also attach a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.

Secure the return label and RMA slip to the outside of the package, ensure that all contents are included, and seal the package. Please ensure that the data on the return label is correct before shipping.

REFUNDS

Refunds for authorized returns will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item by NextLevel Fit. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please preserve a copy of your proof of delivery. If NextLevel Fit is unable to verify receipt of the returned item, NextLevel Fit will not be liable for any repair, replacement, or refund of the returned unit.

EXCEPTIONS

Any item that has been overly worn, used, or changed will not be accepted for return. This policy does not cover returned items with harmful and/or intentional physical damage.
