05 What’s covered under the Smart Scale warranty?
The 2-year warranty on the Smart Scale covers any defects in materials or workmanship. This means if there are issues related to how the scale was made or any faults in the materials used, we will repair or replace it at no cost. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. To make a warranty claim, please retain your proof of purchase.
